We would like to thank Dr. Bhatt and her staff for all they do. We took on a foster dog 4 years ago and officially adopted him last year. Max is a pitbull mix, with major anxiety, skin and allergy issues. During out first year of fostering, we worked with several Vet’s to keep up with his vaccinations and work on meds to calm his anxiety and skin issues. Each visit became more challenging due to his anxiety and we at a point where a very tough decision was inevitable. The dog rescue decided to reach out to Dr. Bhatt to see if she would see him with all his issues and she agreed. She asked us to bring him in a couple of times just to meet and get him used to her and the staff. No exams or shots occurred during these visits, it was strictly getting to know you and allowing Max to become comfortable with the surroundings. At 1st we were somewhat skeptical but Dr. Bhatt and her team were very patient and worked very hard to earn his trust. This was a fantastic approach and one that allowed them to provide Max with the best possible care even though he was still on high alert and difficult to treat. With all the tests complete and trial and error with different medications, his anxiety issues have greatly improved. With the proper diet detected by Dr Bhatt, we are slowly getting a handle on his skin and allergy issues. We are so thankful for Dr Bhatt and her incredible team for working with our difficult dog and allowing us a great chance for him to live his best life. There is no doubt in our mind Max would have been euthanized if not for the patience and excellent care of Dr Bhatt and her great team. Jim & Robin Z

Dr Bhatt has been great to work with! We have brought all of our 3 dogs to her clinic and they have loved it so far. It’s a unique and friendly environment that is completely different from your standard vet. This is the first time my dogs have willingly gone with the vet techs in the back for treatment, which was so nice to see and had me feel at ease. All of the employees had great positive attitudes and were super patient with one of my anxious dogs. I’m a big believer in finding root causes instead of just treating symptoms and that is exactly Dr Bhatts mission. She takes all things into an account as a whole, going as far as looking into lifestyle, diets, physical activity, and analyzing blood panels. She didn’t hesitate to make room for my dogs whenever problems arose which really made us a clients feel cared for and appreciated. Don’t hesitate to try them out, I’m sure you’ll love them just as much!

Dr. Bhatt took care of our Roxy who was born with kidney issues. We are so thankful someone recommended her to us when Roxy was young. She had a wonderful, full 7-1/2 quality years with us when other vets told us we would have “a year or two”. We have 4 cats and 4, soon to be 6, dogs -all rescues- and they all are and/or will be patients of Dr. Bhatt and her wonderful team.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Bhatt and her staff. From day one she has been open, informative, and especially compassionate to both our pets and our needs. She treats not just the pet, but the family (or pack) as a whole. It’s the first time that my well being has ever been incorporated into my dogs well being. It’s an interesting concept, and one that I had never thought about before, but it makes total sense to me now. Her combination of TCM and western medince appeal to me and her approach to treatment is so specific and unique to each pet. She is not a cookie cutter, throw medicines/pills down the throat kind of vet. She takes her time to Indy the dynamic between pet and owner and formulates a custom plan to each specific animal she treats. It’s truly amazing what she does. And a special shout out to Weronika and Ashley, and all of her current and former staff. Without them Dr. Bhatt would not be able to do what she does. Arya is truly a team. If you’re looking for a vet that will create the best plan for not only treating your pet, but also consider your needs and feelings about your beloved animals, look no further!! For many years, we have been profoundly blessed by Dr. Bhatt and her extraordinary staff. They have truly become like family to us. Our Golden Retriever, Heidi, has faced a wide range of health challenges—some quite complex. Dr. Bhatt brings a rare depth and breadth of training across multiple disciplines, allowing her to care for Heidi as a whole being, never just a diagnosis or a set of symptoms to treat. Her wisdom, discernment, and intuition guide her as she seeks root causes and thoughtfully considers every aspect of Heidi's life. What sets Dr. Bhatt apart even more is her deep compassion. She was aware of the significant losses and traumas my husband and I were carrying, and how that emotional weight was affecting Heidi. Working with her didn’t just bring healing to Heidi—it brought healing to us as well. We also live with a severe environmental condition that makes it impossible for us to enter most buildings. Dr. Bhatt and her staff have gone far above and beyond to accommodate this—often treating Heidi in the back seat of our car in the parking lot, or outside on nice days. When more in-depth testing or treatment is required, Heidi does go into the clinic, but always with great care and consideration for our sensitivities. She is truly a rare gem in the field of veterinary medicine. We are deeply grateful for Dr. Bhatt and every single member of her compassionate, dedicated staff.
