The entire staff at Kitty Hawk Animal Hospital were absolute angels throughout the entire process of our emergency need to provide a peaceful passing for our elder fur boy. His main momma out of the country also made this process more difficult. The staff here at every point of contact was compassionate, caring and had an obvious love for the animals in their care. They explained the process, gave us guidance, checked on us and gave our pet comfort and peace. This was so difficult and heartbreaking but they made the hardest part peaceful so we were not left with traumatic memories. Our Banner boy smoothly and gently rested his head in my hands. It was so peaceful. Today we picked up his ashes and even then they took the extra step of care and walked from behind the counter to hand him over directly to me. It was personal and caring and not transactional and cold as we had experienced elsewhere a year ago for a cat. I cannot recommend this place enough. When we add pets back to the home-this is the vet I will pick because they care about the pets and the parents and they clearly love what they do. I have so much gratitude for them!

Dr. Jim Horger and Grace was very kind and knowledgeable. I was very impressed by the service that I received from the both of them. Kitty Hark Hospital put my mind at ease and by letting go in as a walk in. They also called me to check on my Dog. That's what you call excellent and caring service. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. Kitty Hark Hospital staff are always helpful and professional to me and my pets.

We adopted a cat from the humane society and brought him to Kitty Hawk for his first appointment. This was our first visit to this clinic. We were very impressed with the team starting from the welcome, in-processing, support from the techs, and visit with the veterinarian. The entire team answered all our questions, spent plenty of time with us and our new cat Manny. They did a great job diagnosing him with worms and treatment, made sure they listed to his heart for any heart worm issues, clipped his nails and discussed his care. Both techs spent a lot of time examining him as well as the Doctor. We have lived all over the country with pets and have visited many vets. Kitty Hawk is at the top of our best experiences. We will continue to bring Manny to Kitty Hawk Vet. Thank you!
