I took my cat in for her annual check-up today, and as always, it was such a great experience! Every time we come here, we feel so welcomed, and my pets are always treated with so much love and care. The techs are super nice and always take their time to go over everything before the doctor comes in. The doctors are kind, patient, and thorough — I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling confident that my cat’s in good hands. I love the people and the service here. The trust definitely goes both ways — they treat my animals like their own, and that means everything to me.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m a professional dog trainer with years of veterinary technician experience. I brought 3 dogs in today for rabies vaccinations. 2 dogs were in for there 3 year while the puppy was in for her first rabies. All dogs have been seen and are well taken care of by world class veterinarians. During exam I informed the office manner who was treating my dogs of my level of knowledge and care my animals typically receive. I told them that with my youngest who had a hip issue that was actively being treated and would need to be handled carefully. Upon brining the animals in I weighed them, during exam I restrained the animals, and an hour after the appointment time the vet and her tech finally walked into the room. The tech promptly walked around without saying a word grabbed my dog from behind and tried to push me off her. I kindly informed them that she was “very sensitive” and the response was “it’s fine” I repeated as my dog who had been calm was now pulling away with ears flinching that she would be more comfortable if I held her. She refused to let go of my dog and lied to me stating it was “state law”… It’s Not… I picked up my 7lb dog at this point and informed them we would be leaving. The vet said “fine” grabbed the clip board and stomped out. I went out front and asked to talk to the office manager. She kept making excuses saying it’s policy to not let owners hold the dog even though that wasn’t mentioned at time of booking appointment, arrival, any of the paperwork or the actual exam it’s self that had already been preformed… she also tried telling me it’s policy… but again why wasn’t this policy mentioned… why was it okay during her exam but not now… why is it okay for a tech to lie to clients about state law? At one point the comment was made this has never come up before and next time we will do better… like I told the office manager there will not be a next time. As an informed client who cares about their dog’s emotional state and cares about state laws being properly informed to clients Added a photo of my clearly untrained out of control 7lb puppy who was happy prior to being grabbed from behind with no warning.

Had to drop my rabbit off with symptoms of GI Status. He wasn't eating that day, leaving urine deposits. Dropped him off at 12 noon. Granted, they were busy. But with a rabbit, this is detrimental to do something ASAP. This vet, Elizabeth Ainsworth, called me at 3:30, 3.5 hours later. Giving me symptoms. I know that is why I dropped him off hours ago. She treated him for the GI issues, 240.00, though I would be picking a bunny up that was better. Instead he was listless and dying. He died after I got home 30 minutes later. I am out 240.00, and the manager defended her. The proper thing for this vet to have done would have been, I am so sorry, but he isn't going to make it and he will have to be put down. Rabbits go down real fast with GI issues. Apparently in 3.5 hours he had gone down and she treated him anyway. WHY??? Manager said she has been doing rabbits for 25 years?? Well I have had rabbits, and I don't need to be a vet to know he should have been treated sooner or told he is too far gone!

This is the best vet in the area. Our dog has had some very rare illnesses and they have literally saved our dogs life. We personally see Dr Ainsworth and she is amazing but all the staff are great and very affectionate to our dog. Can not recommended this place enough.
