I have an older rescue, by the name of Shaggy, who also goes by Mr. Boombastic. Shags is a Lhasa apso/Shih Tzu mix and has a bad back. We are so incredibly blessed to have come across Allure, and even more blessed to have found our way to Dr. Castaneda. It became evident quite quickly that she would treat Shaggy as if he was one of her own 4 legged friends. She was his normal veterinarian as well as his acupuncturist, and ensured Shags is living his healthiest life. We are moving out of state, but if we could pack up Dr. Castaneda to take with us, we certainly would! I do not hesitate recommending her to trust with your 4 legged friends. There is no one better!

i had to rush my rescue German Shepherd on Thursday evening 3/5/2026 to Allure due to a snake bite on his face. I will say this one thing that stands out from my entrance through the front door to the day I picked him up to bring him home. These people are the nicest kindest and most compassionate people I have to meet yet in the Emergency Animal Medical field. I was anxious about my dog as he is a family member to me. But the young man who was working that night with the dark beard, and I am sorry I forgot his name, was just wonderful and reassuring to me. The doctor herself then came in to talk to us was very kind and reassuring. She explained everything in great detail. She was such a blessing. I had to leave my boy overnight due to the care that was necessary for him, but the kind young man assured me that he and and another tech would be there all night to take care of the dogs there that needed medical attention. I picked my boy up the next day and received a folder of all of the treatment my boy had plus instructions necessary medicine he needed to take. A dear friend of mine was telling that both he and his mother had taken dogs to Allure and were very happy with the treatment and the wonderful staff. Yes they are not cheap but they are worth every penny in my humble opinion. Thank you Allure, all of you for taking such great care of my boy. You are amazing! God Bless you.

Got recommended by my coworkers to bring my fur baby here. I called and was able to drop him off (same day!) in the morning for the examination/treatment. I was called back by the Dr to discuss the situation/treatment as well pricing. The staff were all very friendly, I definitely felt like I was being treated kindly as a new patient. My only downside is that they’re located on the other side of town for me. But overall service is 5/5! *my fur baby got a nasty abscess*

To the Vet and Techs at Allure, thank you for helping with Dog! I had to go in for a minor issue (bite from another dog) so the wait was a few hours. That’s completely understandable as there are animals coming in that are in critical condition. During the wait, the tech updated me multiple times and I never felt “out of the loop.” My dog has anxiety and occasional aggression (especially towards males) and the team was so sweet and understanding. By the time they walked Dog back into the exam room, he was calm and even friendly with the male vet tech. Thank you for taking care of my boy and being kind and understanding. 10/10 recommend from start to finish. P.S. He’s adjusting well to the cone and we’re now getting HBO for free (our little satellite) haha ❤️🥲

I love this place the techs and the doctors are so loving and caring. I had to bring my buddy in a couple of years ago after eating a whole platter of chocolate brownies and they took so good care of him emptied his stomach and rehydrated him he was good as new after that. I today brought him back for his annual check up. I didn't know they had that I thought it was just an urgent care but they have regular dog visits you can bring your dog in for their annual WellCare checkup. Dr C is amazing. She really cares for your pets. She really listens to you and respects how you decide to care for your fur babies. I'm so thankful I found this place. Yesenia her assistant was also very loving and helpful. And even the person who greeted me was very kind and patient. I will definitely be bringing my boys here to get their annual checkup and care.
