I loved the staff and Dr. Sophia Sanchez. She did an exceptional job of taking care of my sick cat. I appreciated how caring and empathetic she was. The receptionist was also wonderful and took the time to make sure my insurance claim was processed and paid before I left, saving me tons of money.

Our boy pug Shooter Jennings had to spend some time at this location because he needed the oxygen chamber do to pneumonia. Everyone was so kind and understanding during and after his stay. Unfortunately we also had to drive him here on his last emergency ride. They offer cremation services and we'll be back soon for our beautiful boy. A special Thanks to all the staff.

Went to VCA emergency. It's pricy but not super pricey. They were busy but tried their best to triage. I would definitely go back if needed.

Very professional and compassionate staff. They don't rush you when it comes to making decisions. The Vet has amazing bed side manner. She helped us stay calm and gave us time to accept the fact we had to put our kitten down. She talked to our kitten reassuring him it's OK as he drifted off. Forever will come here for emergency services. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and that our kitty was safe in your hands.

Our experience was terrible the day we rushed our beloved pet of 15 years up there. The dr which I believe his name was Dr. Paul(he never introduced himself) lacked empathy and was VERY short and worried about getting off because it was the end of his shift and was just like take her to your vet as soon as they open good luck type of situation, in which the only good thing is they stabilized her enough to make it to the vet in which we had to put her down a few hrs later. They never told me what to expect, only take her to your vet. I will not be bringing any other pets back there EVER again. Horrible experience with an Animal hospital, I'm in the medical field and I don't care if it's the end of my shift or how tired I am, I treat every patient as if they were my first.
