Dr. Bayer and the entire staff here are the best possible people you could ever hope to take care of your furry loved ones. The TLC that my sweet Mimi received before & after her amputation surgery was absolute top notch and most of my questions leading up to her surgery were answered before I even needed to ask them. The doctors and techs here clearly love animals and know how to make you as their human guardian feel as comfortable as possible for something as nerve-wracking as major surgery. I couldn't have asked for a better team to look after my sweet tortie lady, thank you all so much.

We had to bring in our sweet Dexter for an emergency splenectomy due to a ruptured mass. It was such a traumatic day, but everyone from the front desk staff to the vet techs to our surgeon were incredibly kind, patient and helpful. Throughout surgery and the recovery process they were honest and informative, and let us know that we could call or come in any time to check on our boy. I think we interacted with just about everyone on the team over those few days and that level of care was consistent across the board. I'm endlessly grateful to them for saving Dex and for taking such incredible care of him while he recovered. He's back to playing and enjoying life and it wouldn't be possible without these incredible professionals. Thank you!!!

My sweet Charlie was rushed in with Parvo at 5 months and they provided treatment that saved his life! He went from very sick… to puppy energy in 1-2 days! I cannot express enough gratitude for the utmost care and professional communication we received at Flower Mound Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center. After a very poor and stressful experience at Denton County Emergency Vet, we brought our dog, Pono, here for continued care, and the difference was night and day. The positive experience started before we even walked through the door. When we arrived we expected Pono’s records to be transferred from the previous facility, they werent. Carol was an absolute hero—she stayed on top of the other vet, confirmed the email addresses, and specifically pointed out when radiographs were missing until everything finally came through. We checked in, were given a room and moments later we met Kelsey, who was incredibly kind and efficient. She got Pono’s vitals quickly and handled him with such care that it put my mind at ease immediately. After being apart from my boy and feeling reluctant to let him go anywhere else, Kelsey and Dr. Angove made us feel completely supported. Dr. Angove was a breath of fresh air. He took the time to sit down and break everything down in detail—something the other clinic simply didn't have the 'time' to do. He explained that Pono’s foreign material was moving through his GI and helped us feel confident in a plan that didn't involve immediate, costly surgery. The kindness and compassion exuded by everyone at this facility is overwhelming. If you want your furbaby to be in the best possible hands, take them to Flower Mound Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center.

Oh my goodness are we ever so grateful for the surgeons and staff at Flower Mound Veterinary Center! They saved our little pug when she accidentally swallowed a peach pit. Everyone was so nice and communicated with us throughout the process. And most importantly, they got our baby back to feeling like herself again. So relieved! Highly recommend them for emergency pet care.
