We had a fantastic experience at Trail Pet Hospital! We rescued Jack from Plano Animal Services on March 18th, 2025. On September 9th, 2025 he tore his full CCL and full meniscus on his back left leg. It was stressful for us, and of course for Jack who is a very active 4 year old Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix! He had TPLO Surgery at TPH. He needed to be on kennel rest for part of the time and he couldn’t go to the dog park for 11 weeks! That was hard on Jack and myself as we are both social butterflies! I am so grateful for all of the help, encouragement, support, and advice from everyone on Staff at TPH, even when I asked the same questions multiple times due to my ADHD. 😂 Jack was cleared to go back to the Dog Park on the Monday before Thanksgiving! It warmed my Mama heart to see him running and doing zoomies. This surgery wasn’t cheap, although it’s much cheaper than most places! I chose TPH after getting quotes and reading the reviews! This was all worth it to see Jack’s smile at the Dog Park! I posted a video from his first time back! Thanks to everyone who helped care for Jack and for me! We cannot Thank You enough! Jack absolutely loved his vet visits and treats, pets, and lovings from the Staff! ❤️

Dr Suh and his team are incredible. They successfully removed a 2 lb tumor from my 16 year old dog when no other vet was able to without a skin graft. Dr Suh and his team are extremely knowledgeable and was able to to give our dog a second chance due to their expertise and advanced surgical equipment. Because of the large amount of skin removed, he had to regrow it back (yes, he in fact regenerated a large patch of skin), and the team was there to reassure us and always available to answer any questions for the tedious rehabilitation process. He was able to fully recover with the skin he grew back in less than 2 months. In addition Dr Suh incorporates AI notes transcription to summarize everything he went over for each visit which has been extremely helpful to review.

My cat had a urinary blockage on my wedding day!! Luckily we had a family member who was able to take him to the vet. He was immediately taken in, seen, and treated. He stayed 2 nights for observation and we received updates every step of the way. The doctors were very thorough with his care and made sure my baby came home safe and comfortable. I want to give a huge thank you to all the staff that helped care for my baby Koda.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Trail Pet Hospital is the BEST — and trust me, my zoo keeps them busy. 😂 Dr. Suh and his team at Trail Pet Hospital deserve all the gold stars, trophies, and cookies in the world. I swear they love my animals as much as I do, and considering I have 7, that’s saying something! Dr. Suh has done everything for my crew — a full BOAS surgery on my bulldog Nora, a full TPLO on my bulldog Harvey, and even an abdominal exploratory on my pittie mix who likes to eat things she’s not supposed to! Every single time, he’s been calm, thorough, compassionate, and incredibly skilled. My dogs come out of surgery looking at him like he’s their new favorite human. And he doesn’t just stop at dogs — he once gave me his very last bottle of back-ordered medication so my cat could get relief from her ear issues. Who does that?! Dr. Suh, that’s who. The entire staff is kind, patient, and endlessly sweet to all my animals…even when I walk in with half the cast of a Disney movie. If you’re looking for a vet who truly cares — and can handle anything from routine checkups to full-on “my household is a zoo” energy — go to Trail Pet Hospital. I recommend them with my whole heart.

When my dog suddenly started vomiting blood in an emergency situation, I called this animal hospital in a complete panic. Even though their schedule was fully booked, they didn’t hesitate to take my dog in and provide immediate care. The vet and the entire staff acted quickly and professionally—thanks to their swift response, my dog’s life was saved. In the following week, before our next appointment, they called three separate times just to check on how my dog was doing. I was deeply touched by their genuine concern and kindness. They not only cared for my dog, but also offered comfort and reassurance to me during one of the most difficult and emotional times in my life. Their compassion and dedication went far beyond what I expected. I will always be grateful for the care and love they showed us.
