I didn’t want to write this review, but I’ve sat on it for a couple months and I think I deserve to be heard and my opinion is very important on September 3, 2025 my puppy was three months At the time, She jumped off of my sofa and break her left arm. I took her that same night to an emergency vet and due to short staff issue i had to go elsewhere the next morning , which would’ve been 4 September when I visited Art City Vet .. someone told me they were really good and I did believe them. I took my puppy there. They kept her for a couple hours saying they have to do an x-ray on her however that took about 3hrs or more and i sat and waited thinking the impossible they called and said the vet is ready to speak to me . When I got into the room, she told me that my puppy arm is broken and that she has two options . The first option was $8000 to repair the damage. The second option was to amputate her legs for $1000.00 and get a doggy wheelchair for $500.00 Then I said what are other alternative other than those two options an she said you can put her to sleep for $90… I didn’t started crying at the put to sleep statement. I started crying when I heard to amputate her legs. She was only a puppy at that While I was crying, I asked the vet are you being honest and she said yes I asked her multiple times are you sure you’re being honest to which she replied? That’s not the only issue with your puppy her heartbeat songs, irregular, and I have noticed on the x-ray that she has two broken ribs. You can tell this happen when she was a baby and Shrugged her shoulders , how does and arm x-ray turn into a full body x-ray ? with no care about my emotions or the way i was feeling in that moments she never even asks if i was ok . And if that wasn’t the worst part one of the other employees came in and handed me a leaflet information package to go and apply for a $10,000 loan Saying the surgery might be 8 to 10,000 so you should apply for 10,000 just to be safe. I was shock that I was experiencing something like this. I then ask if they could bring my puppy in so I can see her and they denied me three times saying I need to calm down first. After to which I said very firmly Could I have my puppy please? Then they brought my puppy to me. I then proceed to go to the cash register and paid what I was owed for the visit which was not cheap. I went home with a puppy with a broken arm and I had to take care of her for myself for nine weeks.( because i could not afford $10,000) They even told me if they Splinted her arm. She’s gonna walk with a limp. I am here to say my puppy is Fully Healed walking fine Alive and well thanks to God and myself. No heart issue or proof of broken ribs. After taking her to a different Vet .. they never even offered me a scale pricing. I felt as if I was mistreated. I did not feel seen. I did not feel appreciated and I will be leaving pictures as proof of my experience. Don’t go here unless you are white and have money.

Great facility! Professional, kind, caring, knowledgeable and very organized! They are well-staffed and keep things moving at a relaxed but good pace. Very comfortable waiting room with indoor and outdoor seating, snacks and coffee. All of the front desk staff and the vet techs are wonderful and of course Dr. Vivian Tran, a superstar! She is so smart, professional, compassionate and patient. a real diagnostician!

Really liked the way that the tech, Kevin, and Dr. Zamanian spoke with me, and the way that they took time to answer my questions. The place does not smell dominantly either of animal excretions or of disinfectant, which seems like it's pretty remarkable. The vibe of the staff was positive and energetic. I like my usual vet, but the vibe there is excessively low-key and doldrum-y at times. Given I was worried about my pet, it helped to have a clean, welcoming, positive space and folks. There was some confusion (?) with front desk and getting finished with paperwork, which resulted in what seemed like a very long wait to leave, but this is, in the end, minor. Still waiting for labs, but overall it was positive.

Our cat Snake was quickly seen by making an appointment with urgent care staff. Upon evaluation they thoroughly explored options, navigated his issues, and provided clear and direct communication regarding treatment plan options and costs. Snake is improving nicely since beginning the recommended treatment. The staff I interacted with were professional, kind, thoughtful, patient, and lighthearted. For me, the right blend of proficiency and compassion. Just the people I want caring for my loved ones. Thank you.

Art City Vets is the best and they handle my dog Zelda with so much care. She has vet anxiety and they’re always very patient with her. The doctors take time to walk you through any concerns, check if you understand, and have great follow up. The staff is always very kind and welcoming.
