This is the first time I have gone to this emergency vet and they were absolutely wonderful! The entire building was very clean and very bright inside! I help out with a rescue and tonight after months of trying to catch this cat I was able to get her. I called at 8:15 this evening and they were able to get me in right away I was there by 8:50 brought right in! The nurse was so sweet very nice very knowledgeable! And the veterinarian who examined her was very thorough very knowledgeable very nice! He checked all over and she was good to go. I also like the fact that I didn't have to wait the next day or get a phone call later on for the blood results they were able to do it right then and there and I waited maybe a half an hour. I also like the fact that they do give discount if you are with a rescue which was very helpful!

We brought our Samoyed, Fenrys, to UrgentVet late at night after discovering a painful, infected hotspot on his tail. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, compassionate, and professional. Fenrys was extremely anxious and terrified during his visit. He never showed any aggression, but he was very scared and made it incredibly difficult for the team to examine and treat him. Despite that, everyone was patient, gentle, and understanding. They took the time to explain what was happening, answer our questions, and make sure we understood his treatment plan before we left. As a pet owner, it's heartbreaking to hear your dog crying and scared, and the staff showed genuine empathy for both Fenrys and us. They never made us feel rushed and treated him with kindness even when he was having a very difficult time. The diagnosis ended up being a large infected hotspot, and they were able to get him cleaned up, treated, and sent home with everything we needed to help him recover. I'm grateful we decided not to wait until morning. What really stood out to me was that someone from the clinic called the very next day to check on Fenrys and see how he was doing. That follow-up meant a lot and showed that they genuinely care about their patients, not just during the appointment but afterward as well. I hope we don't need urgent veterinary care again anytime soon, but if we do, I wouldn't hesitate to bring Fenrys back. Thank you to everyone who helped take care of him that night.

Staff was compassionate and professional. Helped us make the euthanasia of our cat a personal, comforting experience. Facility is welcoming and very clean. So glad we went to them instead of waiting for our vet on Monday. Best experience in a sad situation.

Our 9 month old kitten Jeffrey fell off our banister and injured his tail. We were so worried about him and our regular vet was about to close and couldn’t see us. I found this place and was able to make an appt online within an hour and there were even earlier options. The vet tech and the vet were both so sweet and helpful. The facility is clean and really nice. Jeff was able to have x-rays done and receive medications at an affordable price- cheaper than an emergency vet hospital visit. I’m super pleased with the care we got and would definitely come back! 🙏🏼❤️

They were amazing with my boy, Spooky. He came in with some irritation to his eye and they were so helpful with all my questions and worries. Amazing staff, extremely clean facility. I genuinely couldn’t ask for more.
