i’ve gone here multiple times for my cat Jinx and my dog Cooper, staff are always super friendly and welcoming as well as understanding of financial situations and pet care. the vets and techs i’ve had have always been super informative of what they are doing with my pet as well as what to do with long term care. i have never had an issue with prices or care given to my animals, as staff here seem to absolutely love any animal that comes in. could not ask for a better place to bring my pets

I live in Easton, Ma and I brought my 7 year old rescue here from the recommendation of my vet. She used to work here and said Dr. Zitz is the best doctor she knows who could help my dog that has severe arthritis is both of her hind legs and a grade 4 luxating patella. I was so nervous on the day of her surgery because she had a major procedure that involved cutting a piece of her bone and realigning it with titanium, it’s called a tibial tuberosity advancement. The staff helped me feel much more comfortable by giving me updates and sending photos of her. I forget what the estimated recovery time was, but with their recommendation of hydrotherapy and laser therapy, Diamond was back up and able to run around with less pain after around 4 months!

I came in for an emergency visit for my 3 year old leopard gecko Bowser. They immediately got me in. My lizard had an eye infection and had stopped eating. I was extremely concerned. They prescribed him antibiotics/eye drops and scheduled a follow up with him. They were so kind and reassured me. They were so sweet to him even though he was a little grumpy due to him not feeling well. I am happy to report Bowser’s eyes are healing and as of today he has started eating his favorite food again. Thank you guys so so much. You truly saved his life. Bowser thanks you as well!

I visited 10/28 for my sick leopard gecko having a rough shed and some lacerations on his head and tail area, along with refusing food for around four days. We saw Dr. McCarthy and a vet tech. The vet tech we saw was very friendly and knowledgeable, if the visit was completed by just her, I think my gecko would be fine right now. Unfortunately, when he was brought back to the vet (for quite some time) he was returned with the healthy layer of his skin peeled from his head. When I inquired about this new injury, the vet said “oh I peeled that, it’s normal” now this is on me for not standing up for myself, but this is NOT normal and what was done is harm and abuse to the animal. I am appalled that such a large patch of skin was taken off by a practice that offers exotic services. Almost all exotic keepers know to not force shed off, and what was forced off was not shed, but skin around the healing scrape on his head. He now has half of his head injured and I am out $220 with a gecko in pain. I should not have had to pay, the vet should have recognized the mistake and admitted it, and a care plan should have been implemented for this wound.

From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable with the staff. My dogs nail was broken and bleeding the tech took great care of him as well as the vet. They all loved how sweet my dog was and eased mine and my daughter’s fears about our dog. I would highly recommend anyone with pets go here for their emergency visits.
