*****LOVE & KINDNESS ***** From the 1st call, the skilled people who work here genuinely care about & love animals, more importantly they care about your concerns, your costs & your pet’s issues. Very thorough with our cat who had somewhat significant constipation issues. The Dr. & his assistant eased our minds about the best pathway for a solution for our kitty in such a kind way - on our budget. Once my kitty got home, she immediately went to the litter box & then she ate a few treats and in her bed. I believe we are back on track , & very fair pricing . Do not hesitate to bring your pet here, for expert vet /pet care.

We had a really easy and calming experience at VUCC. All of the staff were friendly and Dr A was amazing. Scheduled online and had no wait. Dr A explained everything clearly, listened to the information we provided and our questions, and made sure we were aligned on our goals for the visit and best course of action. My cat was scheduled to see his regular vet on Tuesday, but the weekend before his ear and breathing were really bothering him, so we took him here on Sunday. Dr A was understanding and supportive of our desire to keep things fairly minimum that day given his upcoming appointment in only 2 days, and his age. He was extremely thorough in explaining our options and the costs. They did a physical exam, two small labs, and we left with a few different medications, which was really my exact best case scenario for how I was hoping things would go. The cost was extremely reasonable; realistically probably not much more than we would’ve paid for all of that at my normal vet. We would absolutely go back here again if needed.

We have been here twice when our cat wasn’t feeling well and we felt very comfortable having him in their care. The medical team is so compassionate towards the animals and they make sure you stay informed about what’s going on with your pet. From the vet techs to the vets themselves, they are all very professional very friendly, they listen to your concerns. They let you see the whole picture of what is going on with your companion. My dog is my child within 2 weeks she had a few aggressive tumors that showed up. The vet gave me the best options he was able to. During the euthanasia process they walked me through everything. They also gave me as much time as I needed. Nobody rushed me and very kind and compassionate. I would recommend them a million times over and over.

My concerns about my dogs eye inflammation was taken very seriously. After a through examination and health history her eye was further examined and a small ulcer was found on the cornea of her right eye. Medication and follow up instructions were explained. I'm happy to report that she is improving. I recommend this facility for animal urgent care.
