First I'll get it out of the way: they're an emergency room for pets, so their prices are reasonably high. That aside, every employee I've met has been friendly and professional. You're likely there for a scary event and they're great at remaining calm and caring. They literally saved my corgi pup's life this past weekend when she wasn't urinating because of a bladder stone blockage. I have nothing but praise for this fine business.

I have to say, the staff at Premier couldn’t be any better. I cane in with Mingus on a Wednesday night at 9:30pm. I called ahead because he had bloated symptoms. We left around midnight and I had a lot of time to witness the front desk interaction on calls and in-person cases. They are getting people at their worst, most panicked, scared, and worried. The staff is amazing - compassionate, patient, kind, and it seems like they want to be there and like their job! How many times do we encounter people who seem to hate the job they are doing? In situations of emergency vet care - that is definitely not a time to deal with that. Every single one of them were amazing. And they made a hard evening not harder, but a glimmer of hope through their kindness. Yes, emergency care is expensive. But think about the hours they are leaving their family at home to care for ours. And… they take Trupanion Direct Pay which is a Godsend. I highly recommend this practice and their expert care. From front desk, to tech, to er doctor - all top notch. Thank you Premier for showing Mingus and I so much compassion.

I can’t praise the doctor and staff at Premier enough! My 134lb Malamute wiped out on an icy patch and injured his back right leg. After a diagnosis and treatment plan our baby has significantly improved. Thank you for your professionalism and excellent care!

I was fortunate to be one of the last non-critical appointments this night. We got in the queue around 7pm, the original 9:30pm time got push back to 11pm due to the acuity of the fur babies arriving. My daughter, Lola the chihuahua, wasn’t putting weight on her front left paw so we feared she might of broken her leg. I could hear how heavy of a night it had been from the room I was in and they had to go on bypass around midnight. The wait was long but appropriate for the condition of my daughter. I got out roughly around 2am with relieving news that it was believed to be a sprain with a possible hairline fracture that wouldn’t change her care either way. She got some pain meds and a muscle relaxer. We have been babying her ever since and she isn’t 100% but it’s drastically improved since. She’s putting weight on her leg and even trying to play tug-of-war but we sadly have to not respond for a week or 2 just to be on the safe side. We have yet to see a need for the oral muscle relaxant given a discharge but we have it on standby if she shows any signs of being in discomfort. Lola is our world and I would wait that long and longer any day of the week knowing that she’s in good hands. Thank you for all your help!

GREAT!!!! Got my Dog right in and went to work because of his Critical condition. Kept him overnight and took Wonderful Care of him while he was in ICU. Most Importantly the Dr. kept me Informed throughout the Night
