Scout Urgent Care provided exceptional care for my new kitten Teddy when we couldn't get into our regular vet. We were able to get a same-day appointment, the clinic was quiet, modern and clean, and Dr. Hill and the staff showed great care and attention to detail (honestly, more than my regular vet). We had follow up visits to check in on his progress and the experience and service was consistent every time. Also, I have never seen such detailed follow up vet notes - pages and pages of detail outlining the visit and follow up instructions (which were extremely helpful because we had a detailed at-home regimen to follow)! If Scout wasn't an urgent care facility, I would love for them to be my regular vet. This review is long overdue but Teddy is now a healthy, fluffy teenager!

Hi, the clinic aesthetic is welcoming, very clean and tidy. The staff were all friendly and very clearly knew what they were doing. Very organized and efficient. Prices were confirmed up front and are normal for an urgent care clinic. Urgent care will always be more expensive than your regular vet. My dog was well looked after and diagnosed well. I was given all the information I needed and was grateful that I had full control over deciding the next steps in his care based on the information I had received. I would definitely come back here if he got sick again. After he started his medication, he immediately began to improve and I’m happy to report my buddy is on the mend and quickly! Thanks to the team!

We had such an amazing experience here at Scout. Our cat unfortunately had a very sudden serious emergency and the vet team at Scout worked so fast and tried their very hardest to make sure she was okay and I’m so grateful to them. Dr.Hill and her care team walked my partner and I through every step and made sure we understood what was happening and what our options were. Unfortunately our cat passed away at the ER later that day but the Scout team followed up with me and sent me a handwritten letter and flowers with their condolences. I definitely recommend them and their care staff and I will definitely have them as my primary care for my furry family!

I called after noticing my cat was having irregular behavior with urinating. They were kind both over the phone & in person. They got my cat in right away and I was impressed with how clean the space was. The vet tech came into our room within a couple of minutes and was so kind & considerate. They communicated very well throughout the entire visit with tests they were doing, areas of concern, and cost. Both the doctor and tech clearly cared about the wellbeing of my animal over profit. I truly appreciated the time they took to explain everything & they sent my cat home with medication & treats + toys which was very sweet! Would absolutely return for any urgent care needs.

I cannot recommend Scout more highly! They are so compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they walk you through treatment options and provide estimates. They even included the cutest drawing in the bag of treats that made a hard day so much brighter! I have told all my friends how much I love this practice and Dr. Pia Gomez Postigo is the best.
