Took our sweet baby here after some scary news from the ER. The doctor (and rest of staff) was so nice, and he answered all of our questions in an easy-to-understand way. We left feeling so much relief! We look forward to bringing our cat here for any follow-up concerns as well as regular check-ups. The center itself was also really homey and welcoming.

My poor senior kitty was very sick. He had blood in his urine. I had taken him to three other vets who claimed he was fine including one who said “he doesn’t have anything that is going to kill him.” A friend recommended Dr Hirsch and I took Shakespeare to see him. We had never been there before. I told Dr. Hirsch his symptoms were and what I had been told. Dr. Hirsch immediately took Shakespeare to the back and used an ultrasound probe; he came back in and told us, sadly, that Shakespeare had advanced bladder cancer. No other vet had bothered to do or suggested an ultrasound and had allowed him to suffer needlessly for months while treating him for a bladder infection. Dr. Hirsch showed us everything and explained that Shakespeare was in a great deal of pain. There was no treatment available. After spending thirty minutes answering all our questions, we agreed that we needed to put my beloved kitty to sleep. Dr. Hirsch was very kind while we said our goodbyes. We left with our baby wrapped in one of their towels. Afterwards, we stopped at the front desk to pay our bill and discovered that there was no bill. We were not charged for the visit, the exam, the ultrasound or the euthanasia. It was the kindest thing a vet has ever done for us. I will forever be grateful to Dr Hirsch for his professionalism and kindness on a very difficult day.

I don't even know where to start. My biggest problem here is the lack of care. I've taken my dog there since he was two months old. However, I just went there because my dog, even though he hates going there, wasn't sick. We'll he recently go neutered here, and that's when it all went down. I chose not to board because I wanted to make sure my pup wouldn't stress being away, he has never been boarded before, so I was not going to start that day unless it was absolutely necessary. It wasn't, I spoke to them all went fantastic. Great. I brought him home he was doing great day 3. He started having blood in his diarrhea, not eating not drinking any water I had to take him to the emergency. I dealt with that for days. They stated that because VEG had treated him , I should just keep doing that. I said I believe his primary should look at him and figure out what's wrong since VEG hasn't been able to. He wasn't eating or drinking at this point, all blood and water on his stool. On monday I get a phone call from Irine ( who by the way is quite rude and unprofessional) to ask if I still needed my appointment, because she saw the report that my dog was a VEG over night. I was planning on going, but how she said it was so disgusting that I said no. She answers great! because we are really booked and would really like to clear up the schedule. Not once did she ask how my dog was doing. The answer would have been he is actually worst post VEG stay. I now have a new Vet who cares, and I honestly am so disappointed that I put my pup through that. I will never come back after this.

This veterinarian clinic is one of the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. I have been a pet owner for the last 30 years, and I have use multiple vets, but I was visiting the Georgia area for a few months and had to find a vet close to the Hotel Where, I was staying. This veterinarian was unprofessional, his staff is extremely unprofessional from how they greet you (they don’t) when you walk into the center, to just their lack of respect and consideration. I don’t know who these people are that work for this doctor, but it is apparent that they are highly untrained and uneducated. I would bet he uses his relatives to save money. On top of the extremely unprofessional service, his prices are triple what they should be. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!. Update I am not sure why you have responded to my message with this claim. I came into your clinic and every word of my review is accurate and this is not from other people as you are claiming. This is a deflection and an attempt not to take responsibility for the terrible service that was provided! It is very clear that instead of trying to make a resolution to my issue, you attempt to discredit it. Typical irresponsible behavior!
