At first I was very iffy about taking my new kitten here just because it was located in brickell, and usually prices are very hefty around that area if you know you know! But despite that I took the risk, and have not regretted it once! They have taken care of my cat Mio so well everytime I’ve came! to the staff at this location he is known as “snow leopard” I thought it was the cutest when I heard that! The staff everytime I come in are so wonderful & lovely! Thank you so much for all you guys do for my pet’s health!! I definitely will always recommend this place if I have the chance!

I’ve been going to VCA for a couple of months now and waited to write a review so I could share my honest opinion after several visits. Before choosing a vet, I did a lot of research because I wanted the best care for my fur baby and I can confidently say I made the right choice. The entire VCA team has been knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly kind. Dr. Benedini has been treating my dog’s ear infection and has been so gentle and patient throughout the process. I’ve never left an appointment with unanswered questions or uncertainty; everything is explained clearly and in detail. Everyone’s experience may be different, but based on mine, I would 100% recommend the VCA team.

Throughout the process, Mr. Remson has been incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. Even though I contacted him many times with urgent requests, he always responded with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care for the animals. Thanks to his help and the team’s cooperation, we were able to arrange all the necessary documents for the cats’ travel.
