We had an emergency with our little dog on a Sunday, and from the moment we walked into Kendall Pointe Animal Hospital, every single person we encountered was kind, professional, and incredibly caring. We arrived very scared and anxious, but the entire team helped calm us down and guided us through everything with so much patience and compassion. Natalie B at the front desk was especially kind and welcoming — she made a very stressful moment feel a little lighter for us. The rest of the front desk staff, including those working different shifts, were equally kind, attentive, and professional throughout our entire experience.We also want to mention the nurse/technician who brought us into the room and performed the initial basic tests on our baby. I unfortunately don’t remember her name, but she was truly an angel. She was gentle, reassuring, and treated our little girl with so much care and love. A very special thank you to Dr. Carballo and both Dr. Garcia for their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care. Our little schnauzer, Nala, had to stay overnight, and knowing she was in such good hands gave us so much peace of mind. We were even able to visit her later that night, which meant so much to us and helped ease our hearts during such a difficult moment. We’re so happy to share that after that, she is now back home and doing much better. She was discharged with her medications and clear instructions, and we feel so grateful for the care and attention she received. We are beyond grateful for the care she received, and we will absolutely be keeping them as our veterinarians for all of our babies. Highly recommend 🤍🐾

I truly believe my dog wouldn’t of made it if I didn’t bring her to this hospital. They have about every equipment, so much staff, super clean environment and don’t waste time on making your dog feel better the minute you step through the door. my dog came in with emergency (the treated her IMMEDIATELY) and I brought her back for surgery which they did an amazing job. My dog is now having a great recovery at home. They call and update you through out the day, they take their time to hear your worry’s and explain everything to you. Not only have the fought alongside my dog and me every step of the way, I’ve also learned so much with them. I recommend them 1000%! Thank you to gallardo, Fanny, both doctor gracias, Victoria, and front desk Natalia for always being the sweetest and thank you to everyone else I couldn’t get the names of who took care of my fur child. Thank you for everything you’ve done for her and my family.

I had a wonderful experience at Kendall Pointe Animal Hospital and truly appreciate the care they gave my dog. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and professional. Natalie B. went above and beyond to ensure my dog was quickly taken care of. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure both my dog and I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The veterinarian was very knowledgeable and patient, carefully explaining the diagnosis and treatment options. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that everyone there genuinely cares about the animals they treat. The facility was also very clean, smelled amazing and well organized, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of care. My dog received excellent treatment and is doing much better now thanks to their help. He had to undergo surgery and they kept me updated with a call several times a day. I’m very grateful for their compassion and dedication. I highly recommend this animal hospital 💯 to anyone looking for trustworthy and caring veterinary services. Special thanks to the entire team but especially to Dr. Quiles, Dr. Monray, Mevi, and Natalie. They were all great!

Best Emergency Hospital experience I had with my Standard Poodle. The professional and friendly staff was a big plus, specially when you are faced with pet emergencies. The hospital is located in a new, clean and modern facility. Every staff member was very friendly and patient with us. The emergency G.I surgery was a success and his recovery was remarkable. We are deeply grateful we found this pet care where animals are treated with so much love and compassion!

Dr. Zuniga and the assistants, Mevi and Natalie B., were incredibly compassionate, attentive, and professional during a very stressful situation. They acted quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure my pet was comfortable and well cared for. Their kindness and dedication truly made a difference.
