They saved my dog, Daytona. Folks who work here are nice. Vets and techs are generous with communication. Really appreciated that they didn’t immediately recommend surgery, even though he did end up needing it. (Always good to take a more conservative approach than end up doing unnecessary surgery.) Drs. Chik and Moore were especially fantastic, but unfortunately, they couldn’t explain to Daytona that he really ought to stop trying to eat things that can kill him. :) The toy squirrel head that Dr. Chik retrieved from my dog is now prominently displayed as our most expensive piece of art. That said, I appreciate the transparency about the cost of care. Pet emergencies are always expensive, but I think the pricing is fair. It was on par with what I would have expected. It also would have been totally fair to give us a lecture about safe practices with small toys and large dogs. Obviously, we know we messed up, and it was an accident. So I’m glad that we were spared any scoldings. Hopefully I never have to see these folks again, but if either dog has another emergency, we will be going back here.

Everyone at Royal Vista is so nice, caring, thorough and knowledgeable. Our sweet boy ended up needing a splenectomy and Dr Hazenfield was the BEST. They took such great care of our little guy and made us feel so comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We were very impressed with the care our sweet Airedale received at Royal Vista Veterinary Specialists. They saw us right away and treated our dog with loving care. Her treatment and all of the options were discussed in detail with us. We've never had to euthanize a pet before. It was one of the hardest, saddest days we've ever faced. They gave us a nicely set-up and cozy room. We were given all the time we needed. 5 days later, we were able to pick up her ashes. They were in a very nice bag with a certificate. Also, her name was engraved on the urn, which we did not expect. It was a wonderful surprise. At some point, we will likely adopt another dog, and we will not hesitate to bring him/her to this facility. Thank you for being so kind!

Royal Vista has taken care of multiple of our dogs when we have had emergencies. Last week out GSD had a nasty break and he is recovering nicely. They are amazing at what they do and their communication is fabulous. Highly recommend 10/10

I was very pleased with our recent visit to Royal Vista Vet Specialists. My dumb little dog, Miffy, ingested something she shouldn’t have after-hours and could not be seen by her normal clinic. The team at Royal Vista got her in quickly and were able to induce vomiting right away despite it being a busy Saturday night. Thank you to the receptionist, techs, and doctor on staff last night for being so kind and accommodating. PS, Miffy does not have any regrets and will likely try to do it again in the future.
