I was really nervous for my cat’s cardiology appointment but Apex made the whole process smooth and anxiety-free. The space is clean and the staff are all very friendly. We were immediately put in a room where Peach could roam around(she especially enjoyed the window). The echo was much faster than I thought it’d be and everyone was supportive and calming to Peach during the entire procedure. Dr. Chloe Block was knowledgeable, kind, and she took the time to answer my many questions. She even drew diagrams so I would understand what condition my cat has. Overall, I’m so appreciative of the staff and thank all of them for the love and compassion they showed Peach and me.

I really enjoyed this visit and truly appreciated the calm, stress-free environment Apex Veterinary created for both my cat and me. I loved how Seven was allowed to explore the room freely and was offered treats. The Veterinary Technician Candice even sat on the floor to play with Seven, which made a huge difference in keeping him relaxed. The echocardiogram itself was impressively quick, gentle, noninvasive, and did not require shaving his fur. Dr. Chloe Block explained everything very clearly and patiently, (with drawings!), which made the entire experience reassuring. Overall, this was an exceptional experience, and I'm very grateful for the thoughtful and compassionate care.

I absolutely love Dr. Chloe Block and her entire staff. They are incredibly kind and always take the time to explain Walter's heart issues clearly and thoroughly. They truly go above and beyond to create a calm, soothing environment for both pets and their people--lavender oil diffusing, dim (maybe even blue) lighting during the echocardiogram... it was such a thoughtful touch. Having a pet with heart issues is stressful, but they make the experience so much less overwhelming. I truly can't recommend them highly enough.

The office has a relaxed ambience, which helped my dog feel calm instead of nervous like she usually is at other hospitals. The staff were all very nice and attentive. Dr. Block explained everything in detail and took the time to answer my questions, which made the visit reassuring and pleasant. Overall, it was a very positive experience for both my dog and me. Was a great experience overall. Yuki my cat did well despite being fearful at vet visits, typically. Veterinary technician - Candice did a great job working with Yuki and getting his blood pressure. Being with my cat during the ultra sound was a great experience so I know my cat didn't get too paniked. Attached is a photo of Yuki getting his blood pressure taken.
