I transferred to Burlingame Family Pet Hospital when my previous vet retired. I have a 4-year old cavalier and had 3 cats. The doctors and staff here are absolutely amazing. They are gentle, kind, helpful, and very thorough. My animals are part of my family, I want the best care I can get. I get that here.

Would give 10 stars if I could! For the last 4 years we have been bringing our 2 cats and 2 dogs to this clinic and everyone here is a joy to work with. The second we walk in, we’re greeted with love and care as if we’re seeing friends. The last year, we’ve had some major health issues come up including our kitten who broke his leg jumping from his cat tree and this week, our pup was diagnosed with cancer. I’ve been devastated about getting this news and it meant a lot to get a late night call from the vet explaining the situation in more detail as well as the next steps we need to take. Thank you to everyone who works here including the incredible front desk staff. We have become family to us and we trust our fur babies with you completely.

Brought Fern here for her annual the other day. It was 5pm on a Friday, yet nobody had that 'done-with-the-week-hurry-up-so-we-can-go' vibe. Lots of friendly smiles, beginning with check-in. Dr. Feier and the staff were so helpful and understanding. See, Fern is an extra anxious middle-aged rescue pup who needs a HUGE dose of patience and tender care. She likes 4 people in the world, and really, noone else can touch her. Needless to say, I nearly cried tears of joy when she allowed Dr. Feier to pet her. No exaggeration. We've had great experiences with Dr. Hoppe and Dr. West, as well. This practice is so accommodating and their expanded hours make getting an appointment easy. I recommend Burlingame Family Pet Hospital to everyone who asks.

This is a very nice practice with a wonderful and caring staff. Doctor Feire took time to talk to us and my dog loved her instantly. The doctor did not rush anything and was very thorough. I loved her consultative approach. Mariah was also very kind in bringing my dog out after an injection and explaining next steps. The gentleman up front was also very kind. Apologies for forgetting his name though. We need to support local businesses like this because the quality of care you receive is far better than the chains that are putting these smaller operations out of business. I talked to at least five other people who were bringing their pet in and all had wonderful things to say about this practice. I am glad I found a great place to bring my dog!

I am fostering a puppy and had a scare with a smack from my cat. I walked in unannounced and they quickly saw her, washed the blood off her face and revealed no signs of an injury , must have been very small and you couldn’t even see it. Very kind to both of us!
