We loved our experience at MedVet given the circumstances. Our cat ingested a foreign object. We arrived late, around 8pm that night due to frequent vomitting. We were seen very quickly, and I loved their waiting room had a cat-only section. Dr. Weiler is the one who provided Sophie’s plan of care, and we felt she did her due diligence in our options. Our cat was kept overnight, and their reception team was very quick to respond to questions via text and provided photos. Unfortunately, we had to transfer our cat to another clinic due to their surgeon being on PTO - we just wish MedVec could’ve cared for her longer, especially Dr. Weiler!

From the moment we arrived, they rushed our dog to the back to immediately get triaged and cared for. The front desk representative was efficient and kind, all the staff from the techs to the doctors were caring, thorough, and competent. If you need emergency services for your animals, I would definitely recommend MedVet.

Med Vet is like walking into a Mayo Clinic for animals! They are so good at what they do and their facility is so nice, big and clean with all the latest technologies. They have two floors with the surgery being on the second floor. They are open 24/7 which makes it very convenient if your emergency happens late at night. They are so caring from the doctors to the staff. They answer all your questions and make sure that you understand everything. And they keep you up to date all through the time that your pet is there. And once you take your pet home after being treated, they call several times to check up with you to see how your pet is doing. I recommend them highly. They are pricey, but you pay for what you get.

I do not have enough kind words to say about this Clinic or Dr. Weiler. Our beloved family pet had to be put to rest suddenly and I wasn't expecting the process to be anything but awful. But from the moment we brought him in, my family and I experienced incredible warmth and kindness. Dr. Weiler was calm, knowledgeable, and sympathetic. She has a heart and passion for what she does that clearly translates into the care she provides. They helped us escape the chaos of the unknown and allowed us to peacefully lay our pet to rest. Not for a moment did we feel rushed or pressured. We were given space and support and time to gently say goodbye. I highly recommend this practice and am grateful for everything they did for us.

I cannot say how much Dr. Hampel and the staff helped us through our difficult time with our dog Oliver. Unfortunately he succumbed to his battle with cancer. Dr. Hampel from the first consultation has been nothing but amazing. She was the first vet out of three that truly explained what was going on. She was very thorough with what our options were and spent as much time as needed answering all of our questions. After that visit if we had questions or concerns she was very responsive via email and phone calls. The day we had to put Oliver to rest, she handled the process - and us - with the utmost respect and professionalism. If you're looking for an veterinary oncologist she is who I recommend without reservations. She is the only vet and facility that our dog has felt comfortable around.
