We at Paw Kindness write this review with the upmost gratitude for Dr. Starks and the staff at Northern Regional. Dr. Starks is well versed in several animal specialties. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and as a teaching vet there is never a shortage of information as far as diagnosis, treatment or support. We appreciate the significant amount of exam time he spends with us and our animals. We also value the fact that Dr. Starks is always the one to call back with lab results (big or small) always giving us an opportunity to affirm or come up with another strategy and have a clear communication and understanding of treatment or options. Truly top-notch care. The staff is welcoming and always accommodating. Appointments are flexible and available. We at Paw Kindness Animal Rescue and Sanctuary are greatfull and appreciative for Dr. Starks and Staff at Northern Regional.

The staff here are amazing! They are hands on and explain everything clearly. I knew exactly what was happening with my dog and why. Her after surgery care was top notch and I felt like my dog was in the best hands. They praised her and were spoke with positive affirmation. They loved on my girl just like I do! 100% best vet I've ever been too! Pricing is reasonable and they offer several options for payment! Northern Regional Animal Hospital quite literally saved my dog Shilo’s life. From the moment we arrived, the team acted with urgency, clarity, and real competence. They quickly recognized the severity of his condition, explained everything in plain terms, and moved decisively with no delays, no guesswork. The veterinarians and technicians kept us informed at every step, provided excellent surgical care, and gave clear post-op guidance. Just as important, they were transparent about costs, kept the care affordable, and worked with us to make treatment possible. Because of their skill and compassion, Shilo is alive, healing, and back to himself. This is what veterinary care should look like. I’m truly grateful and would trust them again without hesitation.

My dog and I had an incredible experience with this new veterinary hospital in the neighborhood. I went in with my newly adopted dog who is a bit sensitive/reactive. They were so patient and kind. They worked through my dog's limits while giving us stellar customer service. They weren't rushing us out, they listened to our stories related to our new dog's health/journey, and they even invited us to do happy visits. We worked with his stress levels and indications while giving him space and trying to complete what we needed to do. We actually went in three days back to back to accommodate my pup. I have met two of the doctors, and I've met all of the technicians and receptionists -- everyone is absolutely fantastic! So knowledgable and curious about his history and very willing to coordinate with us. Loved that the receptionist came to us in the room to fulfill the payment, and the medication and paperwork were all delivered in a cute little blue bag like a present! It was so thoughtful. I'll be changing my other dog to this vet and establishing her as a patient as well. Their price points were also incredibly wonderful.
